Project One

First floor extension to existing four bedroomed detached house to create an additional fifth master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The new bedroom was built over the existing double garage, supported off structural steelwork spanning between existing load-bearing walls and piers at garage level.

Project Six

First floor extension to existing three bedroomed semi-detached house to create ‘teenager annexe’ consisting of one bedroom, living room and shower room with access off the existing first floor landing. The new accommodation was built up off an existing attached double garage. A structural survey was carried out to ensure that the existing garage structure was capable of taking the additional loadings.

Project Seven

Demolition of existing derelict barn and construction of a first floor apartment over garage accommodation. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Access is gained to the apartment via an external staircase. At ground floor level there are three seperate garages. One to serve the apartment and the other two to serve the neighbouring property.
